FAQs

What is this waiver?

The waiver that has been added to the website is for physical liability only. It is similar to a waiver you sign at tennis clubs around Seattle!

What do I bring to class?

Every participant needs a tennis racquet, good pair of tennis shoes and should bring a water bottle.

What if it rains?

The coaches will have to make the call about cancelling class if the courts are wet. We like to err on the side of caution for safety reasons as tennis courts are very slippery when wet. With that said, the past few years we have only had to cancel class one or two times at the most. We will try to notify registrants via instagram, email, and/or the website as soon as possible if class is cancelled.  There is a make up day reserved at the end of the season for rain outs.

What if my kids miss several lessons? Do you pro rate?

No, we are not able to pro rate lessons. The lessons are Innis Arden are very affordable for a 6 week youth program and we are not able to administrate pro rating on an individual basis. There is a make up class offered at the end of the season that any child is welcome to attend if they have missed class.

What if I want to switch classes after I've registered?

If you've already registered, and want to switch to a different class, please email us via the contact button. Let us know what you registered for and what you wish to take. If the class you want to switch to still has availability, we may be able accommodate your request. We may need to cancel your first order and issue a refund.

Is there a waitlist?

We keep classes at a reasonable size to ensure all participants get the attention they need to learn, and ensure our staff can do their best. If a class is full, we can add your name to a wait list in case any one already registered drops out. However, it is unlikely that we will have a class for you this summer due to our limited space.
